SMS consent information: whether you checked the informational messaging checkbox, the promotional messaging checkbox, or both, together with the mobile number submitted and the date and time consent was given.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Information from third parties: information we may receive from service providers who support hosting, analytics, or order processing on our behalf.

One checkbox covers informational messages and one covers promotional messages. Neither checkbox is checked by default, neither is required to submit the form, and neither is a condition of purchase. Each checkbox is an independent consent, so you may agree to one, both, or neither.

Informational messages may include inquiry responses, product availability, order updates, delivery coordination, warehouse pickup, account support, and customer service.

Promotional messages may include product announcements, wholesale offers, new inventory, and business updates.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to place orders or to reach us by phone, email, or through our contact form.

Carrier disclaimer: Messaging is supported by major United States carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile numbers, text messaging consent data, and opt-in records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This information may be shared with service providers only as strictly necessary to operate messaging, customer support, order processing, or related services, and those providers are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third party for any other purpose. Opt-in and opt-out records are retained for compliance and audit purposes only.

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for business operations, or as required by law. Text messaging consent records are retained for four years to support TCPA compliance.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us as described in section 13. You may also ask us to confirm what text messaging consent we have on file for your number, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Text messaging from Pawal International Trade Inc. is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
